By creating an account or using ScoreMyAd, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

ScoreMyAd provides AI-powered ad creative analysis and recommendations for Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad creatives, including images, videos, and carousels. Outputs include scores, qualitative feedback, and suggested fixes.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• The Free Plan includes 3 creative analyses.
• The Pro Plan is available at ₹499 per month.
• Billing is handled securely through Razorpay.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

• You retain full ownership of all creative assets you upload.
• ScoreMyAd owns the platform software, branding, reports, scoring models, and underlying technology. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

Important:

• Analysis results are informational only.
• Scores are not guarantees of advertising performance.
• Actual ad performance depends on many factors outside our control , including targeting, budget, offer, competition, landing page experience, and overall campaign setup.

You agree not to use ScoreMyAd to:

• Upload or analyze illegal, harmful, or misleading content.
• Violate any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or rights of publicity.
• Abuse the platform (spam, scraping, automated overload, etc.).
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our models or source code.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScoreMyAd is not liable for any campaign performance results, lost profits, business losses, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on its outputs.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or use the service in a way that could harm other users, third parties, or ScoreMyAd. You may close your account at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date and, when appropriate, via email or in-product notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
